The MAD Axle-Back Exhaust System is the perfect finishing upgrade for the BMW G90 M5, especially when combined with the MAD 5-inch single midpipe for maximum sound and flow. Available with brushed, black, or carbon-fiber tips, this system allows you to tailor the appearance and tone of your M5 to match your personal style.

This axle-back uses larger-diameter piping to significantly increase exhaust flow, improving both response and overall sound quality. The system is fully valved and comes complete with two valve motors and a valve controller, giving you full control over your exhaust personality. Switch effortlessly between a quiet, comfortable tone or a loud, aggressive sound whenever you choose.

A smaller, lightweight muffler box further reduces restriction, enhances airflow, and delivers a deeper, cleaner, and more controlled exhaust note. When installed, the G90 M5 gains the rich, aggressive character it should have had from the factory.
