RIPP High Performance Exhaust System
When it comes to our LX chassis exhaust program RIPP spared no expense. This finely crafted exhaust system utilizes complete T304 stainless steel inside and out. Artistic stainless welds are carefully placed by hand on all components. During research and development we’ve experimented with material thickness, dozens of crossover pipes, X-pipes, H-pipes, mufflers and resonator combinations before we finally found what works. Our exhaust is equipped with slip fit connections. The slip fit design lowers the profile and eliminates the need for low-hanging flanges and gaskets that will fail overtime. Our goal was to increase exhaust velocity, gain HP but achieve an exhaust tone that is mature and unique to RIPP. So what does it sound like? You can throw “rasp” out the window, we’ve eliminated all “rasp” associated with cheap exhaust kits or muffler deletes and managed to amplify an aggressive deep rumble that is acceptable on the streets and enthusiast of all kinds.
